Why Join Ranpak An opportunity to be involved in the high-growth sector of sustainable packaging solutions across a broad range of industrial and market segments To have an opportunity for outstanding career development To secure an attractive compensation and benefits package 1.0 PURPOSE The Quality Lab Assistant has to provide and maintain a systematic approach to manage the quality of products, internal systems and processes and external issues throughout the company. 2.0 REPORTING The Quality Lab Assistant reports directly to the Quality Manager. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure and maintain the correct quality level of produced products and used processes. Improve the quality based on analysis. Support other departments with quality issues in the widest sense of the word. 4.0 MAIN TASKS Improve and accelerate working methods and quality registrations. Perform frequent and non-frequent analysis including reports. Set up new quality registrations and analysis. Document control of Quality Management System according ISO9001. Propose improvement actions, based on analysis and observations. Run quality improvement projects. Handling of customer complaints in co-operation with Service. Increase quality awareness throughout the organization. Back-up for Quality Manager with regards to quality. Ensure all lab equipment well maintain To carry out other duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. 5.0 PROFILE Bachelor degree or equal experience. Approximately 3 years relevant work experience as Quality Lab Assistant . Way of thinking at problem solving. Analytical and observant. Convincing and professional towards customers, suppliers and colleagues at Ranpak Malaysia and Corp. Critical with regards to specifications. Experience in document control and knowledge of ISO9001 standard or equal. Good knowledge in Word and Excel. Independent worker but also team player. Good knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Operation Excellence principles like SPC & Lean Manufacturing. Coached junior team member in delivering results.
