Requirements
Position : QC Leader
Competency:
?Diploma/Certificate in Engineering with 2 years working experience
?Proficiency in English
?Awareness to the computers and utilities is also mandatory for the QC Inspector
?Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision
?Capable to operate CMM and trouble shooting on the CMM dimension failure or CMM programming
?Coordinate and Lead the QC team on the daily activities.
Responsibilities
Responsibility:
?Coordinate and make the arrangement for QC team for the Incoming, Inprocess and Final Inspection and the FA part project.
?Responsible to buy off the first pc part as required by production and advise on the issue accordingly.
?Responsible for acquiring the quality in the product and services of his company
?Monitors every process involved in the production of a product
?Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods
?Recommend the reprocessing of the low quality products
?Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests conducted on products of a company
?Maintain the checklist of inspection processesand protocols used within a company
?Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and also has to make recommendation to the higher authorities
?Make history of device history records and previous documentation of a product for future reference
?Liaise with all departments

?Appoint QC Inspector
?Stop unsatisfactory work
?Reject of non-confirming products
?Any authority assigned by superior / HOD from time to time
