Responsible for the daily quality management work, implement the quality policy, quality objective, implement effective monitoring around the quality management system, to achieve continous improvement of product and service quality.
Quality system set up, maintain and improve.
Define quality monitoring indicators from incoming to outgoing.
All process follow documentation and standardization.
Fully identify quality factors and risks with proper actions.
Leading the review and disposal of non-conforming products.
Customer complaint investigtion and communication with customer.
Quality data summary and analysis, continuous improvement with related departments.
Optimization and allocation of team resources.
Complete task that assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or any related field.
Min 8 years working experience, including 3 years of quality experience and 2 years team management experience in automotive or industrial product experience.
Familiar with quality system requirement, EHS requirement.
Good analytical and structural thinking and working style.
Strong reporting, training and leadership skills.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
