Job Description

The Quality Manager will oversee quality assurance and compliance within the healthcare industry, ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards. This role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department is based in Johor and requires a keen eye for detail and organizational skills to maintain high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure continuous improvement in operations.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to address quality-related issues and enhance processes.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements before release.
• Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters in Johor.
