What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues Analysing quality data, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise manufacturing processes and enhance product quality Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with quality standards Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries Thorough understanding of quality control principles, tools and techniques Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in data analysis and report writing Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
