Client Background : Specialized in Manufacturing Products Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes to maintain company\'s quality competitiveness. Devise and review specification for products and processes.Supervise inspectors, technicians, IQC, IPQC and OQA and provide guidance and feedback Coordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other manufacturing and support functions. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements Approve the right products or reject defectives Keep accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis and maintain departmental KPI. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives Manage Quality Management System (ISO9001) and Certifications Co-ordinate with customers on quality and customer Audit matters The above are no exhaustive and other duties / responsibilities may be revised or added as needed by organization. Requirements and Skills Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience and training. Proficiency in MS Office. Meticulous, analytical, and organized person. More than 3 years\', preferably in manufacturing environment. Ability to interact at all levels. SAP experience highly desirable Able to speak and write in Chinese
