  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes throughout the manufacturing and assembly operations, from raw materials inspection to final product testing.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage customer quality requirements and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to address their concerns and feedback.
  • Drive initiatives for Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining the highest levels of quality and reliability.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Auditor) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Semiconductor or High-Tech industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
  • Experience with supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and supplier development programs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and lead a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and senior management.
