Full responsibilities for overall management in Quality Department

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with 10+ years of quality experience in manufacturing and 5+ years in quality management.

5-10 years of aerospace

or

automotive industry

experience, covering full lifecycle quality management (R&D, production, supply chain, after-sales).
Experience in

NADCAP audits

and

AS9100 system

establishment and audits.

MUET Band 4 English

proficiency or above; proficiency in

Chinese as a working language is an added advantage

.
Proficient in office software; strong alignment with company values and culture.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product structures, materials, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and optimization of the Quality Management System in accordance with

AS9100, ISO9001

,

and airworthiness standards

, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions across design, production, and testing.
Organize and manage internal and external audits, coordinate airworthiness certification processes, and ensure technical documentation is complete and traceable.
Oversee quality inspection, monitoring, analysis, and improvement for materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products. Manage the testing system to ensure equipment validity and inspection accuracy.
Handle customer complaints and returns, conduct root cause analysis, and drive design or process improvements.
Develop and implement a supplier quality evaluation system, audit key aerospace material suppliers, lead supplier audits and performance assessments, and build backup supplier lists to address supply chain risks.
Build and manage a multi-level quality organization (R&D Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Systems), develop competency models and training programs, and enhance team capability and professionalism.
Comply with company rules and regulation; and complete other task that assigned by superiors.
