Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a group of quality personnel with influential interpersonal skill
• Quality Control mapping from China HQ\xe3\x80\x82
• Develop quality management with respect to customer specification & requirements.
• Supply chain quality development and management
• In-house quality control development and management
• Drive problem solving and continual improvement for internal and supplier.
• Measurement tools, gauges, jigs, instrument / equipment purchase verification & justification.
• Lead and coach quality personnel on interdepartmental communication, collaboration and problem solving.
• Responsible for employee skill & knowledge empowerment over new technology, machines, equipment, and other relevant competency.
• Prepare, compile weekly & monthly report to Quality Director.
• Manage and resolve day to day ad-hoc issues, either internal or suppliers.

Authority:

• Stop production or personnel whenever found any abnormal process and irresponsible practices.
• Direct Material & Products deviation disposition
• Approves internal product, process qualification.
• Approve PR for quality related purchase.
• Direct worker engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning material, product, process quality and reliability.
• Transfer / re-locate subordinates to processes / section\'s needs.
• Disposition of Non-conformance products / processes
• Approves subordinates Leave application.
• Issue warning letter to subordinates

Job Requirements:

• Min 10 years in any Quality roles and min 5 year in managerial roles in any filed; mechanical field is preferred.
• Possesses a Degree in Mechanical or equivalent discipline.
• Well verse in measuring equipment such as Tensile tester, CMM, smart scope, and other dimensional measuring tools & gauges.
• Capability in collaborating with internal and external parties
• Understand mechanical drawings, familiar with the mechanical industry processes.
• Familiar with the machining, stamping, roll forming, casting and galvanized products,
• Motivated, able to communicate with oversea customer in timely manner.
• Familiar with different kinds of mechanical measurement tools, gauges, instruments / equipment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
