Distributes the Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (CSS) once in every three month to the clients.
Provides an analysis of Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (CSS) to submit in reports.
Develops and implements the Quality manual specified within company process to assure quality from concept to procedures.
Brings together staff of different disciplines and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.
Ensures compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
Develops policies and procedures to ensure quality establishment.
Directs and coordinates the activities of team engaged in quality function - including inspection, analysis and training.
Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved.
Maintains and improves quality by compliance and surveillance audit: investigating customer complaints; Collaborating with other members of management to develop new plan preventive maintenance and training methods.
JOB REQUIREMENT
degree holder (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), or Engineering Technology or equivalent
Experience with Quality Management
