Develop, review, and monitor the effectiveness of quality control procedures and processes, propose and implement improvement wherever necessary.
Ensure close loop of internal and external audit findings including product safety audit.
Ensure QZ testing is fulfilling the internal standards, external product safety and country specific requirements (if any). All reports and data are well managed and documented.
Responsible to plan and request external testing service, monitor test procedure and setup equipment, review reports quality at extended workbench/external test lab.
Develop, review and monitor the effectiveness of the QZ test plans and implement improvements where necessary. Perform and ensure test method alignment between test labs within the business unit.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum 1 year of proven track record and working experience in related working environment.
Experiences in battery manufacturing process, good knowledge and hands-on in welding process, equipment and troubleshooting.
Experience in statistical process control software.
