Quality Technician
Job Description
:
Execute IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection according to the inspection plan, SOP, and inspection specifications: Inspect, label, and record incoming raw materials, and promptly report any abnormalities found during the inspection.
Execute OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) inspection according to the inspection plan, SOP and inspection specifications: Inspect, label, and record outgoing products, and promptly report any abnormalities found during the inspection.
Conduct regular IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspections according to the patrol inspection plan, requirements, and projects: Inspect the production line, employee operations, and the appearance and performance of products to ensure compliance with SOP requirements, and record any quality issues found during the inspection.
Inspect and confirm the operations and relevant data of mixing personnel according to the adhesive room management regulations and record any quality issues found during the inspection.
Verify and confirm the implementation of improvement and corrective measures for quality issue to ensure effective closure of quality problems.
Perform spot checks in the QC/QA work area and record results according to company management standards and SOP requirements.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications Requirements:
At least SKM Level 3/Diploma and above, preferrable in Engineering related major. More than 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin language will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficient in using computers, MS Office software, and other commonly used computer software.
