Monitor and resolve product quality issues reported by production and customers in cable assembly or plastic injection processes.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
Update and manage quality documentation such as Visual Aids, Deviations, and Purge Notices.
Conduct periodic process audits in compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
Ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and follow up on preventive actions.
Support Environmental and Occupational Safety & Health Management System compliance.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Requirements
Background in cable assembly or plastic injection manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA) and ISO standards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
