JVCKENWOOD ELECTRONICS MALAYSIA SDN BHD

, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in the company's manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Quality Management Division, you will be responsible for performing various quality control checks and tests to identify and resolve any issues. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Quality Control (QC) Department

To support production in handling non-conforming part issue. Conduct meetings, audits, and to study suppliers' process. Liaise with suppliers on quality matters. Investigate the cause of non-conforming parts. Coordinates corrective action. Arrangement and data collection for incoming quality control (IQC) and concerned departments. Arrangement for document storage. Prepare schedule for IQC activities (travel, meeting, audit etc). Controlling of document and stationery for IQC department. Arrangement for purchase item. Provide training for new members. To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

2) Quality Assurance (QA) Department

Control and co-ordinate calibration for in house and external party calibration. To perform any coordination work when required. In charge for equipment arrangement to suppliers. Control master information data for all equipment and tools in JKEM. Control of fixed asset for QA & OQC. Carry out in house calibration for electrical and mechanical parts. Control equipment including transfer equipment within JVCKenwood Group or disposal activity. To perform additional work as and when requested by superior.

What we're looking for :

Diploma or above in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Quality Manufacturing field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills and a good understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools. Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
