Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform in-process, outgoing, and visual inspections of assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct routine process audits to confirm operations are performed correctly and consistently. Support production teams in non-compliance processes and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities. Carry out in-process inspections, final inspections, and scheduled audits. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports. Perform required transactions and documentation updates within the SAP system. Monitor SPC data and OCAP activities to ensure process control and stability. Assist in preparing and submitting in-process NCRs for evaluation by Quality Engineers. Support the collection and preparation of First Article Inspection (FAI) qualification reports. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Process Quality Engineer.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on inspection experience. At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical or electronics manufacturing industry. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and part specifications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
