Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for assuring all customers and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities. Carry out quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis. Ensure audit reports are updated correctly and promptly. Assist QA Engineer to perform line process and product audit, NPI build follow up as well as Customer Return Good, RMA verification and material purge coordination. Perform periodic process audit based on customer and internal process checklist. Assist QA Engineer to follow-up for closure of Corrective Action Report. Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority. Performs inspection, measurement on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specification as required. Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products. Verify product conformity against process and product documentation. Assist QA Engineer in daily production Quality issues, E-data, FAI report and other assignments. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering. 5 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance. Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, RoHS and REACH Experience with IPC 610, 600 and ESD Able to use the computer including MS Office applications. Able to support overtime and work in shift Working independently and with minimum supervisions. Show how strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result. Stay enthusiasm and efficient under pressure 10% travel required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
