Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble hydraulic hoses according to the specifications.
- Control and monitor day to day production issues and activities
- Operate and maintain production machines.
- Update daily production job sheet, stock and incoming raw materials.
- Perform quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.
- Measure the product dimensions, examine functionality and ensure they meet the specifications.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing reports.
- Assist the production operator to troubleshoot issues in production.
- Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years and above of relevant industry experience.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good technical, analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels.
- Able to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with equipment operation and basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance
- Knowledge of hydraulic hose assembly is an advantage
