Ensure bottled water and dispenser-related operations comply with
AMB quality and safety standards

Manage GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety documentation.
Conduct sampling, microbiological tests, chemical tests, and dispenser sanitation checks.
Inspect water filtration systems, bottling lines, and dispenser cleaning processes.
Maintain records for CCP monitoring, sanitation, calibration, and maintenance logs.
Train production, dispenser service, and warehouse staff on hygiene and food safety.
Review packaging, bottle handling, and dispenser cleaning SOPs for compliance.
Investigate any non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
Background in food safety, microbiology, or quality assurance.
Familiar with HACCP, GMP, and bottled water regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
