We are looking for someone proficient in arithmetic, Excel, and adaptable in multitasking with strong problem-solving skills.

The candidate must be able to speak Chinese and have good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly progress claims. Perform monthly profit and loss (P&L) cost calculations. Estimate project costs and calculate material (steel) requirements for ordering. Calculate workers' wages and subcontractor claims. Handle and resolve issues with workers and site supervisors. Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese.
