Join our dynamic construction team as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Staff! You'll assist in managing project costs, preparing BOQs, and ensuring financial efficiency from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation
Monitor project costs, variations, and payments
Maintain records of project costs, purchase orders, and invoices
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
1-3 years experience in construction/QS preferred
Good knowledge of construction methods, cost management, tendering
Proficient in MS Office; QS software knowledge a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,813.04 - RM5,207.98 per month
