- Preliminary cost advice
- Procurement methods, according to the nature and category of each project, select the appropriate contract form and tender form.
- Contractual advice
- Tendering, prepare the tender documents required for tendering for the owner, such as contract documents, bill of quantities, tender report, etc.
- Valuation of construction work, including interim payment and final account, advises and estimates a payable amount to the contractor and sub-contractor for the owner.
- Cost control and financial management.
- EPF/SOCSO
- The probation period is 3 months, and the annual sick leave can be enjoyed upon expiration;
- Enjoy the provident fund, social insurance, etc. stipulated by the government;
