About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at CRN KL ENGINEERING?M? SDN.BHD. in KL. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities Negotiating contracts and managing client and supplier relationships Monitoring project progress and costs, and providing regular updates to the project team Advising on contractual matters and dispute resolution Advising on contractual matters and dispute resolution Other ad-hoc task as assigned by Head of Department from time to time as when required

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Excellent understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandrin

A proactive and collaborative approach to work Must be willing to travel to other state for site visit regularly during construction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
