Kelayakan

• Candidates must possess at a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or any other equivalent qualification.
• At lease 2 years Experience
• Experiences with Design and Build Contracts and Governmentol Project will be added advantages.
• Have Strong Execution level and proactive in problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Able to Work under tight deadlines, resourceful, disciplined and has initiative and good working attitude.
• Meticulous and Cost Conscious.

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare and Submit Budget from Tender Drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Evaluation of Claims etc.
• To prepare and submission of interim progress claim and ensure work been certified timely and accurately by client/main contractor through site valuation.
• Prepare Contracts Award, Check Contract Documentation for completeness and truth
• To Prepare Contractors\' Valuation Report
• To Search for New Contractor Quotation for price comparison that suits the budget.
• Manage ALL pre and post-contract related matters such as Material search, Propose Construction Costs to Sites
• Monitor Contract Accounts, Apply for Extension of the Contract period
• Update and submit Contracts report related to taking off, stages progress claims and revaluation etc towards Ending
• Manage Positive relationship with Clients / Consultants / Sub-contractor and Co-workers
• Prepare and Verify Payment Certificates on every stage of claims towards ending of all projects.
