Job Description

Liaise with other departments for site access and assist subcontractors/supervisors with technical queries. Evaluate variations of works and claims. Responsible for cost analysis, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation. Prepare monthly interim progress claims, variation orders, and submit to clients and consultants. Liaise with site personnel and subcontractors for work quantity measurements. Maintain proper site records, especially for contractual and claim purposes. Manage and measure works performed by labourers and subcontractors. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Call for quotations and prepare comparison tabulations for sub-package awards. Liaise with subcontractors for material samples, technical data, and shop drawing submissions. Monitor and update the status of material submission approvals. Prepare interim certificates, variation orders, and final accounts for subcontractors. Attend meetings as required. Demonstrate self-discipline, responsibility, and self-motivation. Support the team by performing organizational and coordination tasks. Contribute to overall team performance by accomplishing related results. Able to adapt to and implement changes as required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related fields. Minimum

3 years of relevant working experience

. Preferably with

Interior Design (ID)

project experience. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel and be stationed at site offices as required. Must possess a valid driving license. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin

(both written and spoken).
