To establish the administration and management of the contract and cost procedures of the company.
To carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities
To prepare pre-qualifications documents, if any, tenders bid and quotations
To review, evaluate and propose recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers
To prepare and maintain subcontractor's Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risk and Performance Bond.
To ensure all work carried out by subcontractor's are in accordance to the requirement of main contractor and subcontracts
To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time
To prepare and submit interim progress claim to client.
To evaluate and prepare progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors
To attend site meeting as and when required by project manager
To take of quantities from drawings and prepare bill quantities
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and sound knowledge of construction
Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and great networking abilities
Ability to organize, plan and strategized
