Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractor claims.
Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
