Prefer with Interior Design and renovation related experience.
To carry out site work progress measurement & supervision
To assist in carrying out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
To assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
To assist in expediting and coordinating with various personnel for the compilation of project cost estimates
To liaise with clients, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Requirements:
Certificate /Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering or other related discipline
Preferably with some working experience.
Experienced site QS with SPM/STPM qualification and fresh graduates are invited to apply
Possess own transport
Able to work independently'
