Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in residential construction (landed houses preferred)
Strong knowledge in cost estimation, BOQ, tendering & contract administration
Able to read and interpret construction drawings & specifications
Familiar with construction materials pricing & market rates
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic QS software
Willing to travel to site when required
Responsibilities
Prepare progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts
Assist in tender documentation and contract administration
Coordinate closely with project team, site supervisors, and management
Identify potential cost risks and propose cost-saving solutions
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
Prepare cost estimates, budget planning, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects are within approved budget
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims
