Experience at 3 Years and above.

Degree Holder In Quantity Surveying



RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for handling all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract works

Preparing measurements, Bills of Quantities, Tender Documents, Contracts, and other related documentation

Attend Consultant meetings, site meetings and site valuation when needed

Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the project are delivered on time



REQUIREMENTS:



1.Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution 3 years and above experience

2.Experience in consultant is preferred

3.Can work with minimal supervision

4.Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

5.Ability to organize, plan, and strategize

6.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

7.Self-motivated, discipline and proactive with the ability to work independently

8.Possess own transport and willing to travel
