Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction or engineering. Good understanding of contract management, tendering, and project costing. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in risk assessments and provide cost-saving recommendations. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project cost and contractual matters. Manage pre- and post-contract activities including progress claims and final accounts. Participate in ISO compliance and tender processes. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents. Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantity take-offs. Source quotations and manage procurement to ensure cost efficiency. Track material usage, project expenses, and budget compliance. Travel to project sites as needed.
