Prepare and submit construction cost estimates, including material and labor costs
Analyze contract documents and drawings to identify risks and opportunities
Negotiate and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
Prepare and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts
Provide regular cost reporting and forecasting to project managers
Assist with the preparation of tender submissions (mostly in house projects)
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
