Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Now, we're looking for a dedicatedQuantity Surveyor (QS)to join our dynamic team.

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Jalan Chain Ferry Butterworth

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Saturday 9-1PM

Salary Range: RM2,600 - RM3,600 ( based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimation, budget, and bills of quantities (BQ) for projects. Assist in tender preparation, quotation analysis, and procurement process. Evaluate and compare contractor and supplier quotations. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost tracking. Conduct site measurements and verify work done. Maintain proper documentation and project cost records.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. 1-3 years experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Knowledge in construction cost management, tendering, and contract administration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement software (e.g. CostX). Able to read architectural and engineering drawings. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Glodon will be advantage. Possess own transport and willing to visit site when required.
