Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 3 Years of working experience in Construction Field.
- Requires language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Professional certification as additional credits (MS Words, Excel and Project & AutoCAD)
- Preferable Senior Executive specializing in Quantity Surveyor.
- Willing to travel (if required)
- Self-Motivated.
- Result oriented, success driven and self-starter.
- Meet deadline for assignment given.
- To carry out taking off quantities and measurement.
- To prepare and evaluate progress claims, final accounts and variation order.
- Manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including material sample submission, variation orders, extension of time, final account, etc.
- Attend site meetings.
- Handle Tenders
- To work out cost estimation and or budgetary cost.
- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
