- Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building or Relevant Course.
- Min. 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantages
- Basic command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Prefer Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Preparing tender documentation for new project bids.
- Handle Pre-Contract works: Prepare taking off quantity and tendering.
- Handle Post-Contract works: Submit progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts
- Prepare and submit final accounts.
- To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.
