:
Preparation of project cost estimation / budget such as rationalize bill of quantity (BQ), unit rate & technical date
Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers to obtain information and quotation
Draft correspondence such letter to main contractors and/or sub-contractors
Assist to prepare interim claims to the main contractors/clients
To evaluate & verify variation order & back charge
Assist to prepare final accounts for projects
Full involvement in tracking project work status (progress claims, VO, EOT, outstanding payment) proactively
To liaise with client, subcontractors, consultants, and other parties involves in all contractual related issues
Job Requirement:
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying
Required language (s): Bahasa & English
