Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories and materials needed for the project.
Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
To ensure the payment certificates and variation orders are issued in a timely manner.
Assists on submission of sample to client or consultants.
Preparing and analysis cost comparison.
To raise purchase requisition and liaise with procurement department for issuance of PO.
To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
What are we looking for:-
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
