Responsibilities:
- Familiar with all relevant procedures & practices as defined in quality system are implemented in contractual, tendering & costing.
- Analyzing and summarizing scope of tender, preparation of BOQ, pricing and submission.
- Taking off Quantity from drawings, tenders calculation, evaluation tenders, prepare preliminary costing, handling of variation orders and able to do project cost control and etc.
- Source, liaise and negotiable with supplier and sub-contractor for material pricing and purchasing.
- Other QS duties as and when assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Interior Design).
- Experience in Interior Design works is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay is an advantage.
- Able to read and handle full set of working drawings.
- Excellent time management skill and able to work under pressure/tight deadlines and results oriented.
- Positive working attitude, independently and hardworking.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Only Malaysian citizens.
