Kelayakan

• Speak and write Mandarin
• Able to work in Kemaman, Terengganu (Free Hostel Provided)
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quatity Survey or equivalent.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for quantity and budget estimation.
• Communicate with management and sub-contractors on the adjustments of cost estimate to facilitate smooth transition of information
• Prepare statement for the quantity and cost, provide cost planning
• Responsible in estimating quantities from design drawings, track canegs to the design, cost adjustment, etc.
• Prepare subcontract settlement and payment.
• Prepare Ledger of variation, Measurement and payment
• Responsible in collecting cost data and coordinating cost analysis.
• Responsible in calculating the planning of output value and completion of output value.
• Keep track work progress based on the contract, resolve construction dispute, collect photos of on-site construction process.
• Prepare relevant tender documents and information to submit for tender, involve in tenders.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
