Open Position: Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry)
A Construction Industry is currently hiring Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or any related field.
- Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
- Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
- Preparation and administration of contractors\xe2\x80\x99 claims and settlement of final accounts.
- Experience in quantity surveying preferably from Construction industry
- Have good practical organization and communication skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin fluently in order to assist and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
