Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Conversant with MS Office, particularly easy well versed in working with Excel spreadsheets is added advantage.
• Experience in taking off quantities for infrastructure and building added advantage.
• Undertake and carry out works with responsibilities and eye for details.
• Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges.
• Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is strongly preferred for this position.
• Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.
• Prepare and process progress claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.
• Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.
