About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor cum Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be responsible for cost control, project documentation, and ensuring quality standards are met at renovation and maintenance sites across multiple regions.

This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about delivering quality interior works within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveyor Scope:

Prepare and evaluate quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) Source for materials and compare supplier/subcontractor prices Coordinate with site supervisors for measurement and work progress Manage project claims, VO (variation orders), and client invoicing Maintain cost control and prepare project cost reports
Quality Assurance Scope:

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with specs Monitor finishing standards, cleanliness, and workmanship based on client requirements Coordinate snagging/defect lists and follow up on rectification Prepare quality reports and photo documentation for client handover Ensure maintenance works follow proper SOP and response timelines
? Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field 1-3 years' experience in renovation or construction (retail projects preferred) Knowledge of cost control, BQ prep, VO management, and site quality audits Able to travel to sites (Perak South, Langkawi, Sarawak - occasional) Good attention to detail and organized in documentation Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic AutoCAD (added advantage) Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
