JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in managing contract documents, preparing Letters of Award (LOA) to subcontractors, and supporting the project team in all contractual.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage
contract documents
, including
Letters of Award (LOA)
,
subcontract agreements
, and
work orders
.
Ensure all contractual documents are in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Assist in
tender evaluation
,
cost comparison
, and
subcontractor selection
.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on contract terms, scope of work, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract-related correspondences.
Support the Contract Manager in handling variations, claims, and progress payments.
Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control and financial reporting.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth documentation flow and timely approvals.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
Good understanding of contract administration and construction documentation.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic QS software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
