Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects. Evaluate and negotiate contracts, tenders, and procurement processes. Measure and value construction work, including progress claims and variation orders. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost control and compliance with project specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess financial and contractual risks. Prepare and submit progress reports, final accounts, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with construction regulations, standards, and contract requirements.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and procurement. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS-related software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
