We are a growing CIDB G7 Bumiputera construction company, located at Bandar Sri Damansara and we are involved in governmental related projects.
We are seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years of experience and strong expertise in JKR contracts.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years QS experience
Proven experience with JKR contract administration
Knowledge of JKR specfications and procedures
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Responsibilities include preparing valuations, managing variation orders, cost control, measurements, and liaising with consultants and JKR representatives.
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in QS software.
