? We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor | Flooring! ?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor specializing in flooring. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in budget & cost estimation, measuring quantities, tendering and a solid understanding of flooring materials and installation processes.

About the Company:
A leading homegrown company that that designs, constructs, and commissions sports facilities and athletic surfaces - specializing in creating a variety of sports surfaces such as futsal courts, tennis courts, synthetic running tracks, hockey pitches, and indoor sports floors, catering to both professional and recreational use.
What You'll Do:

• Prepare quotes for new projects.
• Measure quantities from project drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage project budgets and track costs.
• Attend tender meetings.
• Conduct Onsite measurements.
• Conduct site visit to check on site condition
• Monitor project progress and manage variations in costs.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction quantity surveying, preferably in flooring.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to travel outstation.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Remunerations:
MYR 3,500 - MYR 4,500
