To draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions for construction projects.
Manage changes in project scope by amending contracts and communicating updates to relevant parties.
Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays or miscommunication.
Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations according to the agreed timelines.
Propose solutions or compensation measures in case of breach of contract or non-compliance.
Verify the final payments, ensuring that all parties have met their contractual obligations.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
