Prepare bill of quantities, cost estimates, variations cost, monthly interim progress claims, project accounts, schedules, tenders and valuation for all assigned projects
Prepare and monitor variation orders and works assessment
Manage cost effective and savings of all assigned projects
Source and negotiate costs with clients, contractors and vendors
Measure and taking-off quantity
Attend site meetings
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in quantity surveying / building / construction management / related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out / interior design firms
Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract Administration
Software skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
