Job Description

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 15 year(s) of working of experience in the bridgeworks, roadworks, geotechnical works and earthworks.

Proficient in taking off quantities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible to execute & oversee in cost & contract related matter for ongoing project.

Responsible for projects quantity measurement.

Responsible for sub-contractors and suppliers pricing and negotiation.

Plan and coordinate selection of potential sub-contractors for the project.

Prepare budgeting and costing for the projects and quantity checking.

Valuation and preparation of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.

Checking any discrepancy between the Drawings and the BQ.

Responsible to claim for and Variation Order occur at site.

Attending client and consultants meeting with regard to the work progress and site problem etc.

Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by head of department.

Experience on lost and expense claim will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
