Preparation of BQ , quotation, progress claims, contract document Attend site valuations, prepare ,evaluate and submit progress claims , VO and final account Following up with customer on claim payment certificates Good understanding in technical drawing Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering project (BQ /pre-contract) Sourcing pricing from supplier and sub-contractor Keep track of materials and inventory. Overall the project claims documentation and admin Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Traveling from the office to various sites as required. Other duties required of a Qs from time to time
