Responsilibities

assist in all contracts documentations pre & post-contracts issue(s)
measurement and taking-off quantities
preparing of tender documents, cost comparison for project(s) tendering including source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and/or sub-contractors etc
handling of progress claims, certifications, sub-contractors\' claims, VO claims, final account & work progress schedules
cost control by construction materials delivered
assist in preparing for Letter of Award / Works Order to sub-contractors etc
attend meeting at worksite / participate in tender briefing and/or tender submission
other related duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent
Preferrable with minimum of 3 years experiences
Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, independent
Well self-organized, self-discipline & able to meet deadline given
Possess with own transportation

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Education:
